Who we are
Hikma Consulting Group established itself in late 2024. It emerged to meet the rising demand in the GCC for expert project management advisory and training services. We noticed that there was a lot of companies selling PMO, Portfolio, Program, PM, PMCM or PMC services without actually understanding the client goals, visions and aspirations. To us each client requires a bespoke and tailored approach to the project delivery. What we do differently is understand the clients needs assess what outcomes they are looking for and create a bespoke framework to execute and achieve the outcomes desired.
By appointing Hikma Consulting Group at the early stage our interaction can not only save time and money but give our clients the quality outcomes that are expected. Founded on the principles of insight and foresight, Hikma Consulting Group was established by Founder and CEO, Dr. Khamis Al-Mazrui to provide clients with industry-leading project management, design management, engineering management and advisory and training services. HCG brings decades of experience delivering complex, high-value projects across the UK, the Middle East, and global markets. With a deep understanding of regional and international standards, we specialize in navigating the unique challenges of both environments.
